Thinking of Visiting Us?

Visiting a new church can be an intimidating experience. You may have questions like "Where do I park?" "Where do I go?" "What do I do?" "Will anyone speak to me?" At Fallsington UMC, you can be at ease. Our congregation will warmly greet you and make you feel at home.

Here's some information that may make your visit more comfortable:

Service Time and Type: Our church service begins at 9:00 a.m., and we typically worship for one hour. Weekly attendance is approximately 90-100 people. Some have described our service as casual traditional. That is, we often sing more traditional hymns but in a more laid back atmosphere. In fact, we have been dubbed "the friendliest little church." At the close of worship, you are invited to enjoy refreshments with church members.

Parking: Fallsington UMC does not have a parking lot. Typically, we park on Yardley Avenue (on the school side) or in Fallsington Elementary's parking lot. We try to reserve closer parking spaces for those with limited mobility.

Entrances: Fallsington UMC has two main entrances: one on Yardley Avenue (which leads directly into the church sanctuary) and one on LaCross Street (which leads into our Sunday school room). We suggest using the Yardley Avenue entrance. Once you enter the building, Sunday greeters will provide you with a worship program and answer any questions you may have.

Seating: We do not assign seats at Fallsington UMC. Please sit in any open, comfortable seat. Our church has padded pews rather than chairs.

Children: God has blessed our church with many wonderful children and teens. We welcome your children to join us as well. Children remain in the worship service until the children's sermon is finished. Afterward, they are invited to participate in age-appropriate learning in our Sunday school room. We have many caring and gifted teachers.

Attire: Please feel free to dress in a way that makes you comfortable. While some of our members wear suits and dresses, many dress in a much more casual way.
